Catriona is a corporate lawyer with experience in the full range of company and commercial advisory and transactional matters. Catriona gained experience at both a corporate boutique and an AmLaw 100 law firm.
Catriona’s deal sheet features cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, international reorganisations and corporate advisory matters. Her clients have included private and publicly traded companies, founders, startups, alternative asset managers and investors operating in sectors including life sciences, financial services, renewable energy, technology, sports and hospitality.
Catriona has also served as in-house M&A counsel. In this role, her expertise in deal strategy and execution, and her collaboration with internal teams, contributed to the development and implementation of legal initiatives and the overall success of the organisation.
