Advising and supporting members of the V11 group of former professional footballers in their pursuit of justice and redress following significant investment losses arising from an alleged fraud. Our work includes strategic regulatory advice, liaison with relevant authorities and stakeholders, and guidance on civil recovery options. The matter has attracted national attention, including Ben Rees’ recent appearance in the BBC documentary V11: Football’s Financial Shame.

Professional snooker player – acted in disciplinary proceedings concerning alleged match-fixing, including a detailed response to investigation, representation at interviews/hearings, and mitigation strategy.

Financial mis-selling (private client) – led a complex claim involving fraud and overseas pension assets, coordinating cross-border evidence, engaging with trustees/custodians and UK authorities, and pursuing recovery.

International investment house – advised on financial crime, OFSI (sanctions) and AML compliance, including risk assessments, policy enhancements, internal investigations, and disclosures.
